Our store is hosted by One.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
These terms and conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the sale of products proposed online by us for the customer.
All contractual information will be confirmed by email to the address specified by the customer during the purchasing act.
The records stored in our computer systems under reasonable safety conditions are considered proof of communications, orders and payments made between the parties.
Order invoices are stored on a reliable and durable system and can be produced as evidence.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on our site.
Where a description of the product and/or specification is provided, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the terms of the order and (where applicable) the product specification are complete and accurate.
It shall be the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the any product specification supplied and the customer acknowledges that it shall be solely responsible for ensuring that any product supplied in accordance the product specification are satisfactory for the purpose that they are intended and that they will support, be compatible and inter-operable with any hardware, software or middleware which the products are intended to operate.
We reserve the right to amend the product specification at any time.
Sniffa Network Security Solutions Ltd or our suppliers shall not be held liable for the consequences, accidents, or special damages arising from electronic transmissions or the accuracy of transmitted information, even in cases where we were aware of the possibility of such damages. Manufacturer and brand names are only used for identification purposes. Product photos, descriptions and prices are non-contractual.
Our offers and prices are valid for the day the site is consulted and are subject to change without notice.
A software installer package will be made available for download following an online payment by the customer.
When the software is installed on the customer's computer, it will produce a Product Request Key that should be sent to us for validation.
Upon receipt of a Product Request Key, our licencing team will validate Key and issue a Product Licence Key that will unlock the software for a period of time equal to the subscription length paid for by the customer.
Product Licence Key Requests should be sent to licences@sniffa.uk.
Hardware products shall be delivered to the location set out in the order or such other location as the parties may agree (“Delivery Location”) at any time after the customer is notified that the product are ready.
Delivery of the products shall be completed on the product’s arrival at the Delivery Location.
The products may be delivered by instalments, which shall be invoiced and paid for separately. Each instalment shall constitute a separate contract. Any delay in delivery or defect in an instalment shall not entitle the customer to cancel any other instalment.
Sniffa Network Security Solutions Ltd shall be entitled to assume that any person who reasonably presents themselves as having authority to accept delivery on behalf of the customer has such authority.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the product are approximate only, and the time of delivery is not of the essence. While best endeavours shall be used to deliver the product at the time notified by it to the customer Sniffa Network Security Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the product howsoever caused.
If a product is not delivered, its liability shall be limited to the costs and expenses incurred by the customer in obtaining replacement product of a similar description and quality in the cheapest market available, less the prices of the product. Sniffa Network Security Solutions Ltd shall have no liability for any failure to deliver the product to the extend that such failure is caused by a Force Majeure Event, the customer’s failure to provide Sniffa Network Security Solutions Ltd with adequate delivery instructions for the product or any relevant instruction related to the supply of products.
No liability for non-delivery, loss or damage to the products occurring prior to delivery or for any claim the products are not in in accordance with the contract will attach to Sniffa Network Security Solutions Ltd unless claims to that effect are notified in writing by the customer to and the case of claims for non-delivery, loss of or damage with a copy to the carrier if Sniffa Network Security Solutions Ltd ’s own vehicle has not been used to deliver the product.
The customer acknowledges that certain products are subject to export and other resale restrictions. If the customer delivers the products to any customer who may use the products outside the United States or European Union or EFTA countries, the customer acknowledges and shall advise their customers that some products are controlled for resale or export by the U.S. Department of Commerce, the EU or EU/EFTA member state bodies and such products may require authorisation prior to resale or export.
The customer agrees that they will not export, re-export, or otherwise distribute products, or any direct products thereof, in violation of any dual use restrictions and export control laws or regulations of the U.S., the EU or any EU/EFTA member state.
The customer warrants that it will not resell, export or re-export any products with knowledge that the products will be used in the design, development, production, or use of chemical, biological, nuclear, or ballistic weapons, or in a facility engaged in such activities, unless the customer has obtained prior approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce, the EU or the competent EU/EFTA member state’s government agency.
The customer further warrants that it will not export or re-export, directly or indirectly, any products to embargoed countries or resell any products to companies or individuals restricted from purchasing products including those listed on the Sanctioned Parties List published by the U.S. Department of Commerce and similar lists issued by the EU or EU countries.
The restriction set out herein change from time to time. If the customer has any questions regarding its obligations under US export regulations the customer should contact the Bureau of Export Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of Export Licencing, Washington DC, USA (202) 377 4811 or the local US Consulate. Information concerning restrictions applicable to export from the EU and any intra-EU sales restrictions on dual use items and license requirement can be obtained from the European Commission or the UK Export Control Organisation.
It shall be the customer’s responsibility to comply with all export and other resale restrictions. Upon request the customer agrees to reaffirm in writing its compliance and its intentions to comply with applicable export and restricted user and uses regulations.
We hope you are happy with your order from us, if anything you have ordered does not live up to expectations, please follow the refund instructions below and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item.

In the event that the products are defective Sniffa Network Security Solutions Ltd may at its absolute discretion permit the customer to return the defective product, in order to repair or to replace them as they see fit.
In the event that Sniffa Network Security Solutions Ltd permits the customer to return any products in accordance with the above clause, the customer shall ensure that the products are suitably packaged.
In the event that the supplier agrees to the return of products other than in accordance with the above clause, the customer shall ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging in a clean and re-saleable condition.
In any event, Sniffa Network Security Solutions Ltd shall accept no liability for damage or destruction to the products arising from the products being returned otherwise than in accordance with the above clause.
We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason (e.g. you have already downloaded the software and obtained a product licence key).
If a refund is approved, it will be actioned through the payment method you paid through when you purchased the item being refunded. If you paid using a credit or debit card through, you will receive a full refund minus the gateway processing costs. If you have an account with us, a credit will be issued to your account.
The use of any trademarks, logos or brands present on the site is strictly forbidden.
These terms and conditions remain valid and in force, even if one or more clauses are invalid or declared so under any law, regulation or following the final decision of a competent court.
No failure of either party to exercise any power given to it in these terms and conditions or to insist upon strict compliance by the other party with its obligations hereunder shall constitute a waiver of either party's right to demand exact compliance with the terms hereof.

In form and content, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. All orders placed on our site strictly imply the acceptance of our terms and conditions.
In case of dispute or claim, the customer agrees to seek an amicable solution with us before proceeding with any legal action. In the event where such a solution cannot be found, any disputes concerning the sale (price, Terms and Conditions, products, etc.) will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
